Don’t let social media make you believe you need to spend a lot of money to be fit, healthy and reach your goals. You don’t need to go to a fancy gym. You don’t need to spend hundreds of dollars on supplements and food. You don’t need to spend a ton of money on workout apparel. If you want to do those things, that’s great but it’s not necessary.

Workout was short, 15 mins on the crosstrainer then messed about in the weight section for another 15 mins to try some new stuff 😊
I wish I took a picture of my lunch today it was amazing. I had a salad with cottage cheese, raisins and a yoghurt - went to the gym I wasn’t feeling it though cos I was feeling crappy.
Healthy lunch though and healthy dinner tonight wooo

Dinner tonight was 🔥
Like literally my mouth is BURNING so hot but so good 😋
Lunch at work the past two days, I’ve been terrible I haven’t made my own (which I always usually do, mostly to save money) so I’ve had limited options but I’ve stuck to making healthy decisions 😊
I thought I’d use tumblr again to help keep me motivated with losing weight, so I just followed a bunch of healthy/fitness/inspiration blogs.
I’m doing okay on my own though, just don’t want to fall off the wagon. At my heaviest I’ve been 184 pounds and I woke up today and weighed myself and I weigh 162.6 - a good result since lately I’ve had a few birthdays to attend (which means bad food) my ultimate goal in my mind is to hit 150. I don’t know if that will change but right now it seems manageable. 🤷🏻♀️
Dinner was a leftover chicken salad - actually really enjoyed this 😋
This is a late lunch. Quorn bacon, scrambled eggs and mushrooms. I needed this today 😋
I don’t usually eat breakfast but the fruit was cheap enough so I guess this is tomorrow’s breakfast
